Returns
Unworn work uniform items and shoes may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Spoon sets and Thermometers may only be returned if unopened.
Retail items may not be returned unless they were shipped to you as a result of our error.
Shipping
We use USPS 2-day Priority Mail for small orders and individual shoe orders. For larger orders, or bulk shoe orders, we will use FedEx Ground. If your order does not ship complete (if some items are not readily available and must be made to order) we will let you know as soon as possible.
